Considering the fact that I came on day 1 having no knowledge about what leadership is and what are best practices, I must say I left day 4 with a baggage of information that I can apply in my daily job. I consider that the explanation and examples given were good enough to make me think of my daily situation at work and how I can apply them best. It definitely improved my way of working and thinking. I truly believe that one of the strengths is the trainer. Our trainer was able to answer my questions, to provide enough 'day to day' examples for me to understand and to be prepared at all times. This is something I appreciated.
