Practical arrangements for planning

Confirmations

After meeting with your project assistant, you will receive a final confirmation of all course dates for the upcoming courses by email. In this confirmation you will find useful information about the training location, the delivery date of your course material and your financial arrangements.

Reminders

You will receive a reminder e-mail approximately 10 working days before the start of your course. In this mail you will find:
  • The course dates and location;
  • Directions and address of the training location;
  • Deadline for delivery of your course material;
  • List of participants;
  • Invoicing details

Proceedings of a training day

As the teacher, it is very important to us that you show up at the training location on time, at least 30 minutes before the start of the course. If you cannot make it on time for reasons beyond your control, please inform us as soon as possible.

A standard training day is divided into time blocks of 1.5 hours each, with extra time for lunch and coffee breaks. For incompany training, the daily schedule is determined in agreement with the client.

Check-in

On every first day of an open calendar training course, participants are welcomed by a hostess or by your project manager. He or she checks the room and its set-up and tests the functioning of the requested presentation material.

Opening

We recommend establishing some practical agreements with the participants at the start of your session about the use of devices, parking, timing and special lunch requests. In case of incompany training courses, the reception is ensured by the client.

Attendance lists

An attendance list must be signed by the participants at the beginning of each course day. As a teacher, we ask you to ensure this and to return the attendance list to us by e-mail on the same day.

Closure of a training course

As a teacher, you conclude the training course. This is an appropriate moment to make an evaluation round with the participants. We also ask you to inform them of the digital evaluation form that we will send them the day after the last training day.

Absence or illness

If you are unexpectedly unable to attend due to force majeure or illness, please inform us as soon as possible. It is highly appreciated if you can provide a replacement. If not, we will inform the participants and set a new date on which the training can still take place.
