This 5-day accredited course provides participants with a thorough and complete theory & practice in the Agile Project Management framework. It combines a Foundation-level introduction to the framework, and an in-depth Practitioner-level examination of how a project manager applies the framework.

Participants will sit 2 examinations (Foundation & Practitioner) and on passing they will receive both Agile Projectmanagement certificates.

There are no pre-requisites for attending this training. Some experience of working on projects is desirable

There is no homework although it is expected that delegates repeat the material covered during a training day so that relevant questions can be asked at the beginning of the next day to ensure maximum benefits of each training day
