PRINCE2 Agile® is a combination of the popular PRINCE2® method with an Agile approach. PRINCE2 offers concrete and proven tools to manage, among other things, a complex environment and longer term planning. An Agile approach offers effectiveness and agility in making the products.

In the training you will get acquainted with a working method with which you can set up and manage your projects more flexibly. You will learn an internationally recognized method that combines the latest insights with the most popular generic project management method.

Target Audience

The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course is designed for people who are new to PRINCE2 and are working in or around an agile project environment. It covers an overview of PRINCE2, an introduction to Agile and how to succesfully combine the 2 methods together.

If you already have a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate and a basic knowledge of agile concepts you should attend the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner training.

• a certified professional trainer that applies these methods in their day-to-day work
• a practical hands-on approach

Please note that we provide a digital manual for all virtual courses or a paper manual for all classroom courses. Though we recommend you to bring your laptop to the classroom training.
