We' re very proud to be holder of this quality label since 2007.

The Qfor quality assessment was specifically created in 1996 training organisations with support from the European Commission as part of the Leonardo Da Vinci program.

M&D Seminars achieved Qfor certification for the sixth consecutive time in January 2015.

We obtained this certification through an audit carried out by Management Information (the information center on corporate training).
The audit had to demonstrate that at least 80 % of the clients approached were satisfied or enthusiastic about the services provided and that an optimal functioning of the internal business processes existed. 
Regarding our M&D Seminars, 93 % of the customers interviewed during the audit indicated that they recommend us and are satisfied to very satisfied with our training courses.
